The Andhra Pradesh Government is providing a lot of benefits to the students who are wanting to kick start their education but are not able to do so because they do not have adequate necessities in order to sit in class. The scheme was created by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state on 8 October 2020 at Punadipaddu ZP High School situated at Kankipadu Mandal. Around 43 lakh students are available to get the benefit of the Vidya Kanuka Scheme and rupees 648 crores have been allocated to develop the premises of the system and to provide the benefits to all of the beneficiaries. Students studying from class 1st to class 10th will be provided with the benefit of this scheme and they will be provided with all of the necessities based on the guidelines of the scheme.
