Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should be a domicile of Gujarat state.
The applicants pursuing a Diploma, Engineering, and Pharmacy course should have scored at least 80% in the Class 10 examination.
The students pursuing Diploma to Degree (D2D) courses should have scored at least 65% in Diploma.
The applicants pursuing MBBS/ BDS courses should have scored at least 80% in the Class 12 examination.
Students who are pursuing any other graduation course such as BA. BSc, BEd, etc., should have scored at least 80% marks in Class 12.
The candidate should be enrolled in the first year of the diploma/ degree program.
The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed INR 6,00,000 from all sources.

Rewards and Benefits Under MYSY Scholarship

MBBS/ BDS	Students pursuing MBBS/ BDS from the Gujarat Medical Education Research Society (GMERS) get a scholarship amount of INR 2,00,000 per annum or 50% of the tuition fees, whichever is less. Book and equipment assistance of INR 10,000.Hostel grant of INR 1,200 per month.
Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Nursing	Students pursuing Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Nursing receive a scholarship amount of INR 50,000 per annum. Book and equipment assistance of INR 5,000.Hostel grant of INR 1,200 per month.
Diploma courses	Students pursuing Diploma courses get a scholarship amount of INR 25,000 per annum. Book and Equipment assistance of INR 3,000.Hostel grant of INR 1,200 per month.
Other Graduation courses such as BEd, BSc, BA	Students pursuing BEd, BSc, BA, etc., receive a scholarship amount of INR 10,000 per annum. Hostel grant of INR 1,200 per month.

MYSY Scholarship 2023 Application Process

To apply for the scholarship you will have to follow the following application procedure:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the scheme

The homepage will be displayed on your screen where you will have to click on the option called ‘MYSY Scholarship 2020-21
The registration form for the scholarship will be displayed on your screen where you will have to enter all of the details including your personal information and your academic information.
The registration ID and password will be sent to you on your registered email ID.
Log in to the website using the newly created registration ID and password.
The application form will be displayed on the screen.
Fill in all the required details in the application form
Upload all the supporting documents along with the application and submit the form.

MYSY Scholarship Application Status

To check the application status you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the scheme
The home page will be displayed on your screen where you will have to click on the option called ‘Student Status’

You will now have to enter the following details- Application Type, Class, Subject stream, Seat number, and password
Click on the ‘Get Student Details’ button.
The application status will be displayed on your screen.

Renewal Rules Under MYSY Scholarship

If you want to renew the scholarship then you will have to follow the simple rules given below:-

The scholars who receive the scholarship should renew the scholarship every year to avail themselves of the scholarship benefits throughout the course. The deadline for submitting the application is 28th February 2021.
The renewal candidate should have scored at least 50% marks in the last qualifying examination.
He/ she should have secured at least 75% attendance at the end of the previous semester/ year.

MYSY Scholarship Renewal Process

If you want to renew your scholarship then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the Scheme
The home page will be displayed on your screen where you will have to click on the option called Login/ Register
Now, click on the ‘Click here for Renewal Application’ link.

The student should then log in to the website by entering the login credentials.
The MYSY Scholarship Renewal Form is displayed and the applicant should fill in all the updated details and ‘Submit’ the form to complete the renewal process.
A printout of the submitted form should be taken for future reference.

Forgot Login Password

If you want to retrieve your password then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the scheme.
The homepage will open on your screen where you will have to click on the option called Renewal Application option.
A new page will open on your screen where you will have to click on the option called Forgot Password

You will have to enter the details and click on the Reset Password option.
You will have to enter your new password and your password will be recovered.

Renewal Application for Delayed Students

If you have deleted your renewation for the scholarship then you can follow the simple procedure given below to renew your scholarship:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the scheme
The homepage will open on your screen where you will have to click on the option called Renewal application for the delayed students

Renewal Application for Delayed Students

A new page will open on your screen where you will have to select the following options Board/University, stream, passing year, admission year
Enter your seat enrollment number and password.
Now click on the login option.
You will be logged in successfully.
If you are not already registered then please register as new.
After that to fill the application form.
Provide all the necessary details.
Click on the Submit option.

Link Aadhaar with Bank Details

If you want to link your Aadhaar with your bank then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

You will first have to visit the official website of the UIDAI.
The homepage of the website will open before you.
Now you have to click on the option called Aadhaar Services and a drop down menu will be displayed on your screen.
You have to click on the Check Aadhar Bank linking status option.

After that, a new page will open on the screen.
Now you have to enter your 12 digit aadhaar number or 16 digit virtual ID and the security code.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile.
The Aadhar bank linking status will open on the screen.
