The main objective behind this Abhiyan is to instance the feeling of patriotism in the heart of people.
Our Tiranga (National Flag) is a symbol of National pride for every Indian; Government wants to encourage Indian people to bring the Tiranga home. All the resident of India raises the National Flag in your home from 13th to 15th august to celebrate 75th Anniversary of Independence Day. This is the way to show our love towards our country. The Department of Post is also trying to take part in this Campaign; they are also selling Flags through the portal post office from 1st august for just Rs. 25 only. The Indian Government has launched the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav to indicate people to bring the Tiranga at home and raise it to show the of love for your own Country and celebrate 75th Independence Day.
