Objective Of Sabooj Sathi Scheme
6 million students will be benefited through the development of this prestigious scheme known as the Sabooj Sathi Scheme presented by the West Bengal Government in order to boost the students of the Government school students in the state. The people will be able to get proper financial assistance so that they can continue their studies and decrease the dropout ratio available in West Bengal State. 10 lakhs bicycles will be provided by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to all of the beneficiaries studying from Class 9th to Class 12th.

The scheme will help the financially backward students to get personal vehicles so that they can go to their respective schools or classes without getting late and using public platforms.
