Latest Updates NEET 2023
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for NTA UGC NEET 2023 Registration till 10th August 2023. Desirable applicants can visit the official website of the NTA i.e. neet.nta.nic.in to register for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET 2023. Applicants can pay the online fees till 10th August 2021 by 11:50 PM. Earlier, the last date to register for the same was 06th August 2023. The agency is going to conduct the examination on 12th September 2023.
NEET 2023
The candidates who are aspiring to become doctors in the near future will have to first give the National Eligibility Cum Entrance examination. This entrance examination is conducted by the authorities to give admission to students in prestigious medical universities across India. Registration Details Required
The applicant will have to submit the following details in order to fill up the application form for NEET:-
- Valid Mobile Number
- Valid Email Address
- Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details)
- Correct spelling of Father and Mother’s name
- Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)
- Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number
- Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph Details are given in the table below

NEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The applicant will have to go through the following eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for the exam:-
Nationality
- Candidates who are Indian Nationals/ PIO/ NRIs/ OCI/ Foreign nationals are eligible to apply through NEET for admission in various Medical/ Dental institutions as per the framed regulations.
- Foreign nationals are required to confirm their eligibility clauses from the respective Medical or Dental colleges of the state.
- J&K migrants are eligible to apply under the 15% All India Quota only through a self-declaration basis.
Age Criteria
- Applicants must have completed 17 years of age during admission or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- There will be no upper age limit to apply for NEET.
- There is no limit on the number of attempts to apply for NEET.
Qualification Criteria
- Qualifying Exam: Students should have passed 12th level or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Foreign nationals: Students who have been educated abroad and are planning to take admission in medical colleges of India should have passed their 12th level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology & English subjects with 50% marks recognized by AIU as per MCI regulations.
- Qualifying Subjects: Students should have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as mandatory subjects in 12th level.
- Qualifying Marks: Candidates in the 10+2 level should have obtained 50% marks taken together in PCB. Those who belong to the unreserved/ ST/SC/OBC category should have obtained 40% marks and for PWD candidates, it is 45% marks.
- Appearing: Students appearing in the 12th level exams will be also eligible to apply for NEET.

NEET Syllabus
The applicant will have to successfully prepare the examination syllabus in order to be eligible for the examination:-
- Physics- It will contain Laws of Motion, Electromagnetic Waves, Electrostatic, Behavior of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Electronic Devices, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Properties of Bulk Matter, etc.
- Chemistry- Some topics will be some basic concepts of chemistry, Hydrogen, Equilibrium, Alcohol, Electro Chemistry, P-Block Elements, Surface Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Phenols and Ethers, etc.
- Biology- Some basic topics will be Human Physiology, Reproduction, Plant Physiology, Cell Structure and Function, Ecology & Environment, Diversity in the Living World, Biology and Human Welfare, etc.

Correction of Image Discrepancy
If you want to correct any of the documents that you have uploaded wrong for the NEET UG application then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

- You have to click on the option called Candidate Login present on the menu bar.

- Enter the OTP in the space provided which will be sent to your registered email ID or mobile number.

- You can now edit your application form.
- Click on ‘Preview and Submit’ to preview your application form before successfully submitting it.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.
- Enter the OTP number and click on ‘Final Submit’
- A warning message will pop up on the screen, which asks, ‘This is the one-time correction facility, no correction will be allowed after final submission. Do you wish to submit the corrected application form finally?’
- Click on ‘Please do’ to submit the corrections or else click on ‘oops no’ to go back and make some other corrections.
- After submitting the corrections, the NEET application correction slip will be displayed on the screen with the corrected information.
