The Rajasthan government has started the Mukhyamantri Ekal Putri do Putri Yojana 2025, which aims to promote the education of daughters and make them self-reliant. Under this Scheme, those families will get benefits which have one or two daughters, or two out of three are twins. If your daughter has scored good marks in the 10th or 12th board examination, then through this scheme she is encouraged for higher education. This initiative is not only a part of the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ campaign but also promotes women empowerment in the State.

Rajasthan Ekal Putri do Putri Yojana has been started with the aim of encouraging the daughters of the state and giving them a better future. Under this Scheme, financial assistance is given to those families who have one or two twin daughters. The eligible families taking benefit of this scheme are given a certain amount of money as assistance by the state government, which they can use for the education of their daughters or other important works. The main objective of this Scheme is to encourage the daughters of the state for higher education.

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for this Scheme, the family must have only one daughter or two daughters or two out of three are twins.
The minimum marks prescribed at the State level is listed below:
- Entrance exam: 545 marks
- Secondary exam: 584 marks
- Secondary (Vocational): 585 marks
- Higher Secondary (Arts): 487 marks
- Higher Secondary (Science): 491 marks
- Higher Secondary (Commerce): 484 marks
Financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Ekal Putri do Putri Yojana
Under this Scheme, financial assistance is given to meritorious girl students at three levels:
State Level
- Financial assistance of Rs 51,000 will be given for securing the prescribed cutoff marks or more in the Higher Secondary, Vocational and Senior Upadhyaya examinations.
- Financial assistance of Rs 31,000 will be given for achieving the cutoff marks in the Secondary and Entrance Examination.
District Level
- financial aid of Rs 11,000 will be given to the girl students who score more than the district cutoff in all the related examinations.
The financial assistance will be transferred directly to the Bank Account of the beneficiary Student through the DBT system.

- Parents’ affidavit (on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50)
- Recommendation of school principal or any gazetted officer
- Attested Copy of Ration Card or Jan Aadhar Card
- Bank Passbook or cancelled cheque (with IFSC code)
- Attested copy of board exam Mark Sheet
- Copy of Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card
