- The Scheme is available in both state as well as Central Level
- The states in which the scheme is available are: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Tripura, and Manipur
- The Central Level is: Post matric minority scholarship, Pre-matric minority scholarship, and Merit Cumulative means scholarship for professional and technical courses
