  • The delivery partner will come to your doorstep to pick your order and will deliver it directly to the customer.
• Dispatch Timeline
  • You need to dispatch the orders within the agreed time provided by you (also known as SLA- Service Level Agreement and is generally 2-3 days from receiving the order) to avoid any late dispatch penalty. You will be able to check the time allowed for dispatching your orders on the Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Delay in the dispatch of orders
  • Any delay in dispatching the order beyond the SLA (Service Level Agreement) will count towards Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and will result in reduced visibility of your products on the Meesho App, thereby reducing your sales.
  • Any Order that hasn’t been shipped till the SLA will be auto-cancelled and will incur a penalty.
• Returns on Meesho
  • Returns are available within 7 days of product delivery. This creates greater trust for a customer to place orders with us.
• Return Penalties
  • If a product is returned by a customer, suppliers need to pay some penalty. The exact amount of penalty is determined based on the product category and product weight. Please note that no penalty is levied in the case of RTOs (Return to Origin) if the order was shipped within the SLA. In the case of Returns, your product will reach the safety and on time to the pick-up location.
• Cancellation of Orders
  • Cancellation of orders by supplier or customer leads to a penalty on the supplier in the following cases-
    • Meesho cancels the order because of a delay in shipping from you (as per the SLA)
    • Customer cancels the order because of a delay in shipping from you (as per the SLA)
    • You cancel the order

Create New Meesho Supplier Account

If you want to create an account as a supplier on Meesho then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• First, you have to visit the official website of the supplier by clicking on the link given here 

• The homepage of the organisation will open on the screen 
• Now you have to click on the option called Create Your Supplier Account 

• A new page will open on your screen
• You will have to enter your mobile number
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
• You have to enter the OTP
• Enter your email ID and create your password
• Your account will be successfully created.
• A confirmation message will be sent to your mobile.
• Now you will have to enter your GST number.
• You will also have to enter the information related to your pickup address.
• Make sure to enter your bank details.
• Enter all of the other information and successfully register yourself at the portal.

Seller & Supplier Login Procedure

If you want to login as a supplier then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• First, you have to visit the official website of the supplier by clicking on the link given here 

• The homepage of the organisation will open on the screen
• The login dialogue box will open on your screen.
• Make sure to enter your email ID and password. 
• Finally, click on login and you will be successfully logged in.

Seller Registration

If you want to register yourself as a seller then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• You will first have to visit the official website of Meesho by clicking on the link given here

• Now you have to click on the option called Become A Supplier present on the right-hand side of the home page

• A new supplier page will open on your screen
• You have to now click on the option called Start Selling.

• A new page will open on your screen.
• You have to enter the basic details open on your screen.
• Enter your mobile number
• You will recieve an OTP on your mobile number.
• You have to enter the OTP
• Enter your email ID and create your password
• Your account will be successfully created.
• You will recieve a confirmation message on your mobile.
• Now you will have to enter your GST number.
• You will also have to enter the information related to your pickup address.
• Make sure to enter your bank details.
• Enter all of the other information and successfully register yourself at the portal.
