KPSC Land Surveyor Recruitment 2024: Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has started the recruitment process for the post of Land Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are looking to get a government job in the state of Karnataka.
A total of 750 vacancies are available for the posts, which are divided into 560 vacancies for Residual Original Cadre (RPC) and 190 vacancies for Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) region.

KPSC Land Surveyor Recruitment 2024-25
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online between November 25 and December 9, 2024. Candidates must have completed a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by AICTE or equivalent authority. KPSC Land Surveyor Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the announced vacancies must fulfill all the eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years of age for eligibility. However, age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates.
- Should possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an institute recognized by AICTE.
- Must possess a Certificate in Land Surveying or related technical skills from an institute recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
KPSC Land Surveyor Application Fee
Candidates applying for the declared vacancies have to pay the application fee, the application fee is determined as per the category: ₹600 for General Category, ₹300 for OBC, ₹50 for Ex-Servicemen/Physically Handicapped, while SC/ST/Category-1 are exempted from the fee.

KPSC Land Surveyor Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for Karnataka Land Surveyor recruitment is divided into two stages. First, candidates will have to pass the Kannada language test, which assesses their proficiency in the state language. This is a mandatory stage for all applicants. Next, candidates will appear for a competitive exam consisting of objective-type questions designed to evaluate their subject knowledge and general aptitude. Candidates who pass the exam will have to undergo document verification and interview process. The final selection will be based on the performance in these tests.
