About Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
The Government of India has Launched the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) to provide a permanent house to all homeless citizens. This Scheme was launched in 2015, under this Scheme, the poor, slum dwellers and economically weaker sections of rural and urban areas are given Financial Assistance to build or buy a house. Objective of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
The main objective of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana is to provide Affordable and Safe housing to all the citizens of the Country. This Scheme is specially designed for the economically weaker sections, low income group and middle income group people.
