About Telangana Rythu Bharosa Scheme
The Telangana State Government has launched Telangana Rythu Bharosa Scheme to provide financial assistance to the Farmers of the State. Under this Scheme, the selected Farmers will be given financial assistance of Rs 12,000 annually by the State Government. With the help of which Farmers will be able to focus on their farming without worrying about financial problems. The financial assistance will be transferred directly into the Bank Account of the Farmers. This Scheme helps the Farmers to become self-reliant and encourages them to use new techniques and tools in the agriculture sector.

The Objective of Telangana Rythu Bharosa
The Main Objective of launching Telangana Rythu Bharosa Scheme is to help the Farmers of the state by providing them financial assistance. The State Government will provide financial help of Rs. 12,000 annually to the Farmers. The primary goal of the Scheme is to increase the income of farmers and make farming profitable. Under this scheme, farmers are given financial assistance for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural materials.
Rythu Bharosa Payment Released
The Payment of Rythu Bharosa Scheme was released in the account of 70 lakh farmers on 26th January 2025 by the Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr Revanth Reddy. Farmers will get Rs 6,000 in their bank account through direct benefit transfer (DBT). The process of depositing the amount in the bank accounts of farmers will start from 27th January 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana and a professional farmer.
- The farmers must be between the age group of 18 to 59 years.
- Farmers who rent out their land are also eligible for the scheme.
- Small and marginal farmers are eligible for the Scheme.
