First Installment Of Year 2023 Under Rythu Bharosa

Recently in a cabinet meeting held at the chief minister’s official place announced that the installment under this scheme for the financial year 2021- 22 will soon be transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries. And after that Government of Andhra Pradesh has provided the first installment for the financial year 2021-22 under the Rythu Bharosa scheme. Various farmers of the state will get financial assistance under this scheme. If we talk about the last year around 54 lakh farmers got rewarded with rupees Rs. 4.40 lakhs. Third Installment Of Rythu Bharosa Scheme

As we all know the Government of Andhra Pradesh has created the rythu Bharosa scheme to provide financial assistance among the farmers of the state. This financial assistance will bring positivity to the life of the farmers. Until now two installments have been transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries. Now the Government of Andhra Pradesh will submit the third installment of Rs. 13,500 into the bank account of beneficiaries under the Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The government has decided to allocate the budget of Rs. 1120 crores for the 3rd installment of this scheme. The government has already transferred the first installment of Rs. 7500 crore and Rs. 4,000 into the bank account of beneficiaries on 15th May and 27th October 2020.

Second Installment Under Rythu Bharosa Scheme

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has transferred the second installment of Rs. 2000 into the bank account of farmers under the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. For the successful implementation of the second installment under this scheme, the government has incurred a budget of Rs. 1147.87 crores. The benefit of the second installment is provided to around 50,47,383 farmers of the state. All the eligible farmers of the state were very happy after getting the installment. The installment under this scheme improves the living standard of the farmers by providing them an addition to their income.

Rythu Bharosa Scheme First Installment

With the help of video conferencing the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy on 15th may 2020 has distributed the first installment to the farmers of the state under Rythu Bharosa Scheme. Around 49 lakh farmers’ families get financial support under this scheme. He wanted to transfer Rs. 7500 into the bank account of beneficiaries but due to the pandemic of covid-19 he has only deposited rupees Rs. 2000 into the bank account of the farmers in April 2020. But on 15th May 2020, he has distributed the remaining amount of rupees Rs. 5,500 into the bank account of beneficiaries.

List Of Beneficiaries Under YSR Rythu Bharosa

The list of beneficiaries under the scheme YSR Rythu Bharosa has been prepared by real-time government society. Around 66,54,891 beneficiaries are identified by the concerned authorities who will get the benefit from this scheme. And there are around 15 black tenant farmers who will get the reward under this scheme. A total of 81.90 farmers will get financial assistance including both the landowner and the tenant under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The financial assistance of this scheme will directly be transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries through the direct benefit transfer method. Before the merging, the government had planned to provide the benefit differently to both the beneficiaries but later on, the government merged it to provide the single benefit.

Benefits & Features Of YSR Rythu Bharosa List

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has created a new scheme known as YSR rythu Bharosa scheme to provide financial assistance among the farmers of the state.
Under the scheme the financial assistance will be provided into the bank account of the beneficiaries.

Excluded Applicants Under Rythu Bharosa Scheme

The excluded applicants under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme or as follows:-

The retired person who get a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 or more
The applicant who are owning farmlands converted into house sites aquaculture and other non agriculture usage.
The income tax payer in the last assessment year.
The farmers who pays a commercial tax professional tax GST during the last assessment year
All the professional people like doctors, engineers , lawyers , chartered accountants, architects etc.
The persons who are included in a state of Central and attach Officer’s autonomous institution under government as per regular employees of local bodies.
This serving or retired officer or employee of Central government ministry of state government ministry
Former President mayor of municipal corporation
If a person is a former President member of lok sabha rajya sabha state legislative assembly and state legislative council
The institutional land holders are farmer families in which one of the members is a former or present holder of constitutional post or former or present minister.

Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria is needed to avail the benefit of YSR Rythu Bharosa:-

Residential status	An applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh
Association status	The candidate must be associated with the agriculture sector
Landholding status	The farmer must hold 5 acres of land
Status of farmers	Small marginal agriculture tenants can apply under this scheme
