YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme during Diwali 2024, offering 821 plots in Sectors 18 and 24A, near the upcoming Noida International Airport. The main objective of launching the YEIDA Plot Scheme is to provide housing to citizens at affordable prices. The flats are located at a premium location in Noida. Around 1200 flats are to be distributed among the applicants under the YEIDA Plot Scheme. The rate of land in residential plots under the scheme is Rs 25,900 per square metre.

The main objective of launching YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali is to provide housing facilities at affordable prices at premium locations in Noida. Around 1200 residential plots will be made available to the applicants under this scheme. A total of 344 plots are available under sector 24 in Noida and 477 plots are available in block 9A and 9B of sector 18. The plots under the scheme will come in four sizes which are 120 square metres (sq m), 162 sq m, 200 sq m and for the first time, 250 sq m. This scheme has received a very good response from the previous years so it has been renewed again to provide houses to the homeless people in the state.

Eligibility Criteria
- Both the citizen and his/her spouse can participate in the scheme. If both are allotted plots, one plot must be surrendered by the applicant’s spouse within one month from the date of allotment.
- All eligible citizens of any category can apply for only one plot under this scheme. Those who have already been allotted residential plots or flats in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this scheme.
- If it is found that the wife or children or parents of the purchasing citizen already have any plot under the scheme, then the entire money will be confiscated by the authority.
- Citizens buying the plot must be above 18 years of age and must have a valid contract if in partnership.
- All Indians/NRIs who are not prohibited from buying any immovable property in Uttar Pradesh under any specific rule either by the Government of India or the Government of Uttar Pradesh will be eligible to apply.

Allotment Process
- The allotment will be done by the drawing of lots of plot numbers.
- The draw for each category will be undertaken separately.
Payment Process
- The citizens who want to purchase a plot must remember that all payments must be made online on the website of Yamuna Authority i.e.
- No offline payment will be accepted.
Adjustment and Refund of Amount
- Applicants should mention their mobile phone number, bank account number, bank name, IFSC code and bank address in the application form along with a cancelled cheque of the same account to facilitate issuance of refund NEFT / RTGS by the registering banks.
- If the applicants are successful then the registration amount paid by the applicant will be adjusted in the total premium payable for the plot.
- If the applicants are unsuccessful then the registration amount will be refunded without any interest if the period for depositing the registration amount with the Authority is less than one year from the date of draw. However, if the period of deposit is more than one year, then the prevailing simple interest rate of savings account in SBI will be paid for the deposit period exceeding 1 (one) year.
YEIDA 821 Residential Plot Scheme Apply Online
- Step 1: All the citizens who are applying for YEIDA 821 Residential Plot Scheme can submit their application by visiting Yamuna Authority website through payment gateway/net banking only.
- Step 2: The citizens can visit the official website and avail of the application form by paying fees of INR 600 on the website.
- Step 3: After getting the application form the citizens must complete and sign the application form along with the required registration money and all the required annexures must be submitted online.
- Step 4: If the application is incomplete in any respect whatsoever if any column is left blank or if the photo is not pasted at the designated place or mentions an incomplete or untrue address or if no signature or thumb impression is found on the declaration or entered wrong details in the application form, the application shall not be considered at all.
