Ts ePass Scholarship

For applicants from the state of Telangana, there is a scholarship portal called Epass Telangana. The scholarship offers several programs to state students so that applicants can receive a top-notch education without having to worry about costs. Numerous students benefit from Ts ePass each year by applying for scholarships. The application process for Post Matric Scholarship Registration for new and renewal for the year 2025 has been reopened by a state government directive. TS ePass Scholarship Types

Telangana’s government offers a variety of scholarships to the disadvantaged regions of the states. The two well-known scholarship programs that we covered in this article are listed below. The start of the scholarship, important details, eligibility requirements, and the methods to apply for the scholarship will all be covered in great depth. TS ePass Scholarship 2025 Application Dates

The registration period for applications for a few specific scholarship types is currently open. To be considered for a scholarship, eligible applicants must submit their applications by the deadlines. For both initial registration and renewal registration of the application for both Pre-Matric and Post Matric scholarships, application forms are already accessible.

The table below provides information on the application deadlines for various scholarship programs offered through the Epass Telangana portal. To apply for the scholarship before the deadline, look over the table below.

E-Pass Telangana Eligibility Criteria

Students must first review the eligibility requirements before applying for the scholarship. They can apply after making sure they meet the requirements.

Students who are interested in registering can see the qualifying requirements below:

Eligible Students:

• Students who fall within the SC or ST categories and whose parents make 2 lakh or less annually.
• Students whose parents make no more than one lakh a year and who fall under the BC, EBC, or Disabled Welfare Student categories.
• A student who, at the end of each quarter, has kept a 75% attendance rate.

Students Who are Not Eligible-

• Those who don’t fall within the SC, ST, BC, EBC, or DWS categories (Disabled).
• Those from the SC/ST, BC, EBC, and DWS (Disabled) categories who earn more than 2 lakhs and 1 lakh in parental income annually, respectively
• Who have been given admission under the sponsored seats and management quota seats.
• Who is pursuing part-time, online courses? Studying Intermediate (class XII) or a level comparable is EBC students.
• Students from the BC, EBC, and DWS categories are enrolled in category B seats for MBBS and BDS distance learning courses at open universities.
• Students who collectively receive stipends that exceed the scholarship amount.

Eligible Colleges

• The State Government or Competent Authority has acknowledged every post-matric college in Telangana.

Programs Acceptable

• All post-matric programs with a duration of one year or more and that have been approved by the relevant Board/University are eligible for Post Matric Scholarships. There are four categories for these courses. Take a look at the full list of courses offered under each Group:
• Group 1: All professional courses, including degree and post-graduate programs in medicine, engineering, technology, agriculture, veterinary medicine, allied sciences, management, business finance, business administration, courses for obtaining a commercial pilot’s license, and computer science are included in Group I.
• Group II consists of graduate technical programs, other professional programs, and postgraduate (M.Phil., Ph.D., and postdoctoral research) programs that are not included in Group I. All graduate-level diploma courses, C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S. courses, and all certificate-level courses.
• Group III consists of all degree programs that are not part of Groups I or II. The courses offered by the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) are also included.
• Group IV includes intermediate-level vocational courses, ITI/ITCs, and intermediate-level courses.

Courses Not Acceptable

The following training programs are not eligible for an Epass Telangana Scholarship:

• Courses for private pilot licenses.
• Courses for aircraft maintenance engineers.
• Pre-Examination Training Canters at the State and All India Levels offer courses.
• TS Application for the ePass Scholarship for 2025.
• Students who qualify must complete the application on the ePass website.
• Other than the online mode, there is no other application method accessible.

How Should I Complete the Epass Telangana Application?

Students who wish to apply online can do so by following the instructions provided.

• Check out the official webpage.
• Candidates must first check in to telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in, the official Epass Telangana website. The direct links mentioned below can also be used by them.

• Choose the “Scholarship Link” option.
• Students must click the Scholarship Tabs they wish to apply for on the ts epass homepage.

• Examples include services for pre- and post-high school scholarships.
• Select the appropriate link.
• Candidates will discover the registration links on the page after choosing the desired scholarship. Students must click the link for “new registration” for the relevant category. They must click on the same link for any other options as well if they need to register for the renewal.
• Fill in the blanks.
• Students must fill out the forms with their personal information, educational background, and bank information. Candidates must carefully fill out all fields because incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Send your application.
• Candidates must examine all the information they have entered and make any required revisions. The code must now be entered, followed by a final click on the “Submit Application” button.
• Get the application printed.
• Finally, applicants must print off their completed Epass Telangana application. They must deliver a hard copy of it to the relevant school and college.

Application Fee for Telangana e-pass

• Both the application and registration processes are free. For any student, there is no application fee.

TS ePass Scholarship Required Documents

Candidates must provide a list of documents to apply for the Epass Telangana scholarship. A candidate won’t be given the scholarship if they don’t provide the requested documentation. The following documents must be uploaded by students as scanned copies during registration. According to the instructions given at the time of registration, the documents must be uploaded.

• Mark sheets and supporting documents of the qualifying exam.
• Aadhaar Card

TS ePass Scholarship Application Rejected

The responsible authority may also reject a TS ePass scholarship application if it is incomplete, does not meet the requirements, or is denied for several other reasons. There are several reasons why the scholarship application may be withdrawn. These consist of

• If the candidate is not an actual student.
• Wrong income and caste information.
• False information on the study year and course.
• Failure to submit a printed or physical copy of an online application.
• If the student is not present physically.
• If an applicant meets the management quota for admission.
• Students who are detained or dropped if their registration is renewed.
• Verification of prior sanctions for renewal.
• Claiming the benefits of a scholarship for a course of the same level.
• No advice from the Field Officer.
