Eligibility Criteria of TNPSC Notification 2024
Educational Qualifications
Interested applicants must have completed all courses at a university recognized by the University Scholarship Committee.
All other things being equal, preference should be given to applicants with a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice in administration, and the next highest preference will be given to applicants with a Masters in Social Work.
And most importantly applicants must have knowledge of Tamil language.
Salary Details
The salary for the position of Prison Warden (male) and Prison Warden (special prison for women) in the Department of Prisons and Correctional Institutions will be Rs 36,900 to Rs 1,35,100 (level 18) (revised scale).
