Eligibility Criteria For JKPSC Lecturer recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification
- To apply for these posts, candidates must have a graduation degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Especially, for lecturer posts, a master’s degree in the relevant subject is required.

Age Limit
- The minimum age for general category candidates is 21 years and maximum age is 32 years.
- Age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
- The maximum age limit for reserved category and serving candidates is 34 years.
- The maximum age limit for physically handicapped candidates is 35 years.
Residence Certificate
- Candidates eligible for these posts must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir and it is mandatory to submit a valid residence certificate for this.

- Educational Certificate: Certificate of your Master’s degree and other required qualifications.
- Date of Birth Certificate: 10th mark sheet or birth certificate.
- Photograph: Recent passport size photo.
- Signature: Scanned copy of your signature.
- Address proof: Residence certificate of Jammu and Kashmir.
- Cast Certificate (if applicable): Certificate for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC etc.).

Selection process of JKPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2024
Written Exam: A written exam will be conducted to evaluate the eligibility of the candidates in which questions will be asked from the relevant subjects.
Interview: Candidates who are successful in the written exam will be called for an interview in which the personality of the candidate and his/her suitability for the post is evaluated.
Document Verification: After the interview, the candidates will be called for document verification where their educational qualifications and other certificates will be checked.
