IGRS AP Market Value

If you want to check the market value by using the official platform then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

First of all, you will have to visit the official website of the IGRS portal presented by the Andhra Pradesh Government

Go to the Find option
Click on the Market Value link under Find Section.
A new page will be displayed on your screen with all of the details

First, select non Agriculture rates and Agriculture rates then provide details such as District, village, and Mandal
Click on Submit

Pay Stamp And Registration Fee

If you want to pay your stamp duty and registration fee is then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

You will first have to visit the official website of Stockholding Corporation of India Limited

The entire list of e stamping centres in the Andhra Pradesh state will be displayed on your screen.
You have to log in using your credentials.
You can also register yourself by creating an account using your user ID and password.
Your ID will be activated.
You have to click on the option called Pay Stamp Duty present on the left-hand side of the webpage

Click on the option of Self Printing Of E-stamping Certificate and select the stamp duty type
