The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for the ration card:-
- The applicant and his/her family member should be a permanent residents of the State of Goa.
- He/She should be at least 18 years of age and a citizen of India.

Duplicate Ration Card
You must follow the following rules and regulations to get a duplicate copy of your ration card:-
- Applicants (head of the family) have to produce an application with a non-judicial stamp of Rs.20/- to the respective Civil Supplies Inspector.
- Candidates have to provide a photocopy of their ration card.
- They have to provide a report from the concerned FPS owner.
- Applicants also have to submit a missing article report from the Police station
- The Head of the family also has to produce a self-declaration with their photograph affixed and signed across with a statement that they will surrender the same in the concerned office if the original ration card is found.
Inclusion Of Name in Goa Ration Card List
You must follow the following rules and regulations in order to include your name on the Goa Ration Card List.
- The applicants have to submit an application written on plain paper addressing the Inspector of Civil Supplies.
- In case of inclusion of child to the age of 5 years, applicants have to provide a birth certificate and for child above 5 years, applicants have to provide a bonafide certificate issued from the school.
