This identification method aids in the creation of a comprehensive worker database, allowing for reliable data administration and accessibility.
  • The E Shram Portal expands its reach into the informal sector, allowing employees who were previously denied official paperwork to join organized labor. This formalization gives them access to previously inaccessible benefits and legal safeguards.
  • The portal serves as a one-stop shop for receiving social security benefits. Workers can sign up for and receive a variety of benefits, including health insurance, disability coverage, an old-age pension, maternity benefits, and more. This protects workers’ financial well-being and serves as a safety net during difficult times.
  • Workers can identify skill gaps and enroll in suitable training courses to improve their employability and career prospects. Employers can also more efficiently identify talented people, resulting in better job matching.
  • By facilitating digital transactions and offering real-time salary tracking, the site promotes transparent wage payments. This helps to minimize wage fraud and promotes workers’ financial security by ensuring timely and correct payment.

Features Of E Shram Portal
