• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Under Registration at e-District Delhi, option-click on the New User link.

• Citizen Registration Form will open on the screen.
• Now, select the Document Type, and enter the respective Document Number.
• After that enter the Captcha Code and mark tick on the declaration.
• Finally, click on the Submit button to complete the Registration Process.
• Once the registration is done successfully, the applicants will be assigned the username and password.
• Use this user id and password to log in to your account.
