First of all, Under the Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana, a district-level committee would be formed, and beneficiaries will be chosen.
After that, the district-level committee will finalize the Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana beneficiary list and deliver it to the district collector.
Now the BDO will receive this list from the district collector.
If the district-level committee fails to produce the list within the given time frame, the district collector has the authority to approve the list that is currently available to him and to communicate it to the BDO.
