Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- The citizens must not own a permanent house.
- The citizens must belong to the lower or middle-class category.
- The citizens must not be registered under any other Housing Scheme.
Ineligibility Criteria
- People who have their own house are not eligible for this scheme.
- If the person is in any government post then he/she is not eligible for this scheme.
- The applicants who get housing assistance after 1995 from the government are not eligible for this scheme.
