The Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Scheme is a prestigious scheme of the Andhra Pradesh Government, which is provided to develop skills in the Andhra Pradesh State especially for those students who are taking into account Technical but have successfully completed their Ph.D. course and now they don’t have enough money to invest in Skill Development Programs.

Incentives Under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Scheme

- Students studying in Welfare hostels will be exempted from mess charges
- Tuition Fee plus Hostel Fee for the students who are pursuing the following courses-

- Engineering etc
- Money incentives are as follows-
- Rs 15,000 for Polytechnic students
- Rs 10,000 for ITI Students
- Rs 20,000 for Graduate Degree and other courses
- The students will be given Rs 20,000/- per year
Eligibility Criteria
To Apply for the Scheme, the applicant must fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria:
- If you are in any Government Post then you are not eligible for the scheme.
- If anyone in the applicant’s family is taking pension then he is not eligible for this scheme.
- Sanctuary employees are exempted from this scheme.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh per year.
- The applicant’s family should not own any four-wheeler (car, taxi, auto, etc).
