Objectives Of TS Shaadi Mubarak Scheme
The Telangana Government has started the Shaadi Mubarak scheme to help the poor people successfully get married and without having to worry about the financial expenses that they will have to go through. The female beneficiaries will be provided one-time financial assistance of more than Rupees 100000 to help them overcome the expenses that they will have to endure because of the marriage. The main objective of this scheme is to provide proper financial assistance to the bank account of the mother of the bride and help them to get their daughter successfully married.

Telangana Shaadi Mubarak scheme will help the families to endure the expenses of the marriage of their daughter through the availability of financial assistance of up to Rupees 100000. TS Shaadi Mubarak Scheme Implementation Procedure
The tahsildar will be responsible for processing and verifying the received application and then he will scrutinize the application. The constituency members of the Legislative Assembly will be responsible for approving the beneficiary list and the application form for the beneficiaries will be retained in a hard copy. The beneficiaries list will be uploaded on the online website and the beneficiary will then be provided with the amount into the bank account. The Aadhar card of the bride and bridegroom will be uploaded on the official website and then the details of the bride will be crossed cheque according to the details that he or she has mentioned in the application form.
Eligibility Criteria
- Girls should belong to the minority community (Muslim Community).
- The girl must be a resident of Telangana State.
- The girl should have completed at least 18 years of age at the time of marriage. (Date of birth proofs shall be attached)
- The wedding should be after October 2nd, 2014.
- Castes that are eligible for the ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ scheme are BC-A (Sl.No 39 & 51), BC-B (Sl.No 5), BC-C, BC-E and OC.
- Income of girl’s parents should be less than Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) per annum
