PM Kisan Tractor Yojana 2023

The Central Government of India comes up with another scheme to benefit the farmers called PM Kisan Tractor Yojana. The scheme has been launched by the central government for the small and marginal farmers. Under this scheme, farmers can buy tractors at subsidized rates. Farmers will get up to 50% subsidy. This scheme has been launched for farmers across the country. Only one member of one farmer’s family can apply for this scheme. (Fake) PM Kisan Tractor Yojana

Many of you have heard about PM Kisan Tractor Yojana which is started by the Prime Minister of our country Mr. Narendra Modi. Under this प्रधानमंत्री किसान ट्रैक्टर योजना, farmers can buy tractors on a 50% subsidy and the remaining 50% cost will be borne by the government. Small and marginal farmers can apply for this and take the benefits. In the recent PIB fact check, it has been found that there is no such scheme started by the central government to provide benefits for the farmer. This is only a Hoax created by the online community. So, if you go through any such scheme, please try to avoid it. There is no such scheme started by the government.

Objective of PM Kisan Tractor Yojana

Tractor is a very important tool that is used during the plow of the land. Tractors help the farming in plow the land easily. Every farmer is not capable to buy his own tractor. To help such farmers and support them in farming our government has launched PM Kisan Tractor Yojana. The scheme has been launched with the objective to help farmers in buying the tractor at a subsidized rate.

PM Kisan Tractor Yojana Benefits

  • Applicants who apply for the scheme will get the subsidy from 20 to 50% on buying tractor. 
  • Applicant can buy tractor of any company there is no restriction on it. 
  • Subsidy will be given by the state & central government collectively
  • This scheme will help the farmers to adopt the modern way of plow of land. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • To get the benefits of this scheme farmer should be a native of India
  • Age of the applicant should be in between 18 to 60 years
  • Family income of the applicant’s family should not more than 1.5 Lakh rupees per annum
  • Must be a small/ marginal farmer
  • Applicant must have farming land on his own name
  • Applicant must not own a tractor which is purchased in last seven years
  • Only one person per family will be considered eligible to grab the benefits of this scheme

Documents Required

  • Aadhar Card
  • Bank Account Details (Linked to the aadhar card)
  • Identity Proof (including the PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Lcence, etc.)
  • Photograph (Passport size)
  • Legal account/ details of the possessed land
Note: There is No Such Scheme started by the government.
