- To register as buyer, you need to rush to the official website of the GeM (Government e Marketplace)
- Now go to the signup option, choose “Buyer” option from drop down list
- Choose “review terms & conditions” option and read the details appear on the PDF
- Tick the check box to agree the term & conditions, enter the Aadhaar Number / Virtual ID and Mobile number linked with Aadhaar
- Choose Verify Aadhaar option, enter the OTP you received & click verify button
- Application form appears on the screen, fill all the details, upload the documents and submit it.

- To register as seller, you need to rush to the official website of the GeM (Government e Marketplace)
- Now go to the signup option, choose “Seller” option from drop down list
- Choose “review terms & conditions” option and read the details appear on the PDF
- Tick the checkbox to agree the term & conditions, fill the following details
- Select Business / Organisation Type
- Enter Business / Organisation Name
- Choose next button and select Aadhaar number or Personal PAN
- Enter the Aadhaar Number / Virtual ID and Mobile number linked with Aadhaar
