Step1: Labour Card Registration
- Now go to the “online registration and renewal” option available on the home page in left side
- A new website open on the screen where you have to click on “new member register now” option
- Choose new registration option from further opened page and a pop-up message appears
- Choose click to continue option after reading the message
- A new portal open on the screen, hit register here option
- Enter the asked details in the registration form like name, mobile number, email ID, password etc.
- Enter the captcha code shown in the image on screen & hit submit option
Step2: Login
- Go to the login page of the portal and enter the ID & password
- Enter the captcha code appears in the image & choose Login option
- Read the instruction appears on the screen & choose I Agree button
- Complete the application form with mandatory details
- Upload the documents & make payment of application fee via online or offline method
- Submit the application & wait for the approval from the Labour commissioner
- Once your application has been approved, labour card will be issued by the department to you.
Procedure to Reset Password
- In case you forgot your password you need to open the official website of the Labour Act Management System, Government of Uttar Pradesh
- Choose “forgot user ID or password” option & a new page open on the screen
- Enter the asked details like Registration Number, registered mobile number, user ID
- Choose send OTP & you will receive an SMS on registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP & select Verify option, enter your new password & hit confirm option
