UP Board 10th and 12th Results are soon going to be announced in the first week of August 2023. The secondary education department needs some time to discuss the result based on the new exam pattern with the chief minister. Due to the prevailing conditions of Corona in the country, more than 29.94 thousand Class 10th students and 26.10 thousand Class 12th students will be passed based on the new pattern. UP Board 12th Result 2023
The Supreme Court of India has directed the Uttar Pradesh education board to release the class 12th result by 31st July 2023 however the 10th class result is still not out by the concerned organization. The Uttar Pradesh Board will be making an announcement regarding the release of the result very soon. To assist class 10th result 50:50 formulas will be applied. 50% marks will be taken from the class 9th performance of the candidates and the remaining 50% marks will be taken from the performance in the pre-board examination for Class 10. Statistics Of The Results
- Last year, in Class 10, 83.44 per cent of regular students and 65.03 per cent of private students passed the exams.
- In Class 12, the overall pass percentage was 74.64 per cent for regular and 74.28 per cent for private students.
- Last year, UPMSP declared both Class 10 or Class 12 results on the same day.
- This year, as many as 56,03,813 candidates are waiting for UP board results including 29,94,312 Class 12 students and 26,09,501 Class 10 students.
- The board this year will promote more than 29 lakh students from Class 10 and more than 26 lakh students from Class 12 without exams this year.
- The overall pass percentage last year in UPMSP Class 10 was 83.31 per cent and Class 12 was 74.63 per cent.
Assessment of Class 12th Marks
- To calculate the results of Class 12 students studying under the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board (UPMSP), 50 per cent of marks obtained in Class 10, 40 per cent of marks obtained in Class 11’s annual examination or half-yearly examination and 10 per cent of the marks obtained in pre-board of Class 12 will be considered.
