Objectives Of Odisha Mamata Yojana
The mothers and the infants of the Odisha state will now be able to get proper nutrition and they will not suffer from malnutrition which is one of the most common diseases going around in the country due to lack of proper nutrition and poor hygienic conditions. Monetary incentives will be provided through the development of this scheme and the objective is to improve the overall health and nutrition for infants and mothers who are lactating or are pregnant. Rupees 5000 will be provided to each and every beneficiary under this scheme and they will be able to get the benefit of this scheme without doing the rounds of Government offices every now and then. The amount will be provided in two instalments of Rupees 3000 and Rupees 2000.

Odisha Mamata Yojana Benefits
Rupees 5000 will be provided to each and every beneficiary under this prestigious Odisha Mamata Yojana for the year 2021 so that the mothers and the infants are able to get proper resources through which they get proper nutrients and a very healthy diet. The monetary assistance available under this scheme will be directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiary and the beneficiary will not have to go here and there in order to get the monetary assistance in cash. They can register themselves for the scheme at the AWC portal and the child development project officer will be communicating with the beneficiaries on a regular basis in order to provide them financial assistance easily.
Implementation Of Odisha Mamata Yojana
The scheme will be implemented with the help of the district collector and he will only be responsible for monitoring the scheme on an individual level. The collector can take the help of the district programme coordinator and the meetings will be held by the officer to assist the bank in order to open the zero balance account of all of the beneficiaries of the scheme. The collector will also ensure adequate distribution of supplies under the scheme and regular audits will be conducted by the collector in order to ensure the transparency of the Odisha Mamata Yojana. Incentives Provided to Aanganbadi Workers & Anganbadi Helpers
To motivate Aanganwadi workers and to covers the most numbers of the beneficiaries across the list under Odisha Mamta Yojana Cash Incentives will be given to all the selected Beneficiaries. Aanganwadi Worker will Get a incentive of 200 Rs across the beneficiary list. And the Anganwadi Helpers will get 100 Rupees who are in the beneficiary List.
Conditions For Installments
The monetary assistance will be provided to the beneficiaries after they are successfully fulfilling the specific conditions communicated by the Government of Odisha state:-
- Rs 3000 will be provided under the first instalment after the fulfilment of the following conditions-
- Pregnancy registered with Anganwadi centre/Mini Anganwadi centre
- Have to Receive at least two antenatal check-up
- Received IFA tablets
- Have Received at least one TT vaccination
- Received at least one counselling session at AWC/ village health and nutrition day/ home visit
- After 10 months of delivery Rs, 2,000 will be given to the beneficiaries as the second instalment after fulfilling the following conditions-
- Childbirth should register at AWC or HSC
- Before attaining the age of 1 year the child should have received vitamin A first dose
- The child should have received rotavirus 1,2 and 3 vaccination
- Before attaining the age of 1 year the child should have received measles vaccination
- The child should have received 1, 2, and 3 polio vaccination
- The child should have received BCG vaccination
- Pentavalent 1, 2, and 3 vaccination should have been received by the child
- After delivery till 9 months, the mother should have attended at least 6 growth monitoring and IYCF counselling sessions
- The childhood have been fed age-appropriate complementary feeding and continuing(self-certification)
- After attaining the age of 6 months the child should have been introduced to complimentary food self-certification)
- The child should have been exclusively breastfed for six months(self-certification)
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent and legal resident of Odisha
- She must be above the age of 19 years
- The applicant must have been registered at an Anganwadi centre
- Only pregnant or lactating women can take benefit of this scheme
- The benefit of the scheme is only available for the first two live births.
- Government employees and their wives cannot take benefit of this scheme

Application Procedure Odisha Mamta Yojana 2023
To apply for this scheme, you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First, you will have to register yourself at the AWC or a mini AWC to which you belong.
- You have to register yourself within three months of conception
- The officials will verify your identity and check the details regarding your residence
- You will be provided with the MCP card.
- The MCP card will be used to verify the conditions of your payment
- Now the Anganwadi workers will identify the beneficiaries who are eligible for this prestigious scheme and the eligible beneficiaries will be asked to open a bank account with the NEFT banking facility.
- The beneficiaries will have to submit the photocopies of the bank passbook to the Anganwadi worker and the worker will give two copies of the self-declaration form to the beneficiary.
- Now you will have to fill up the self-declaration form and attach the photographs of your husband or guardian.
- You also have to submit important documents related to your identities such as your Aadhar Card and the photocopy of your MCP card.
- You also have to keep copies of important documents with yourself and you have to send the other set of documents to the Child Development Project Officer.
- After 4 months of pregnancy, the officer will upload all of your details to the official portal and you will be provided with the amount as soon as possible.
