Eligibility Criteria to Open CSC
- Age of the applicant should be more than 18 years
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen
- Applicant must have basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of reading and writing the local language.
- Fundamental English language skills and computer skills required
- Must have at least 10th standard passing certificate
- Must fulfil the following requirements of infrastructure
- Building or room of 100-150 Sq. Ft.
- 2 desktop or laptop with 2 GB Ram, 120 GB Storage capacity (Hard disk), Webcam or digital camera, Biometric/IRIS Authentication scanner, Handhold Scanner Device and attached UPS
- Latest version of Windows 7, 8 or above
- 2 printers (Inkjet+ Dot Matrix)
- Wired, WIFI or V-SAT Connectivity
- CD/DVD Drive to store all the important data and files of your customer

CSC VLE Registration Procedure
- To apply you need to go to the CSC official portal
- Choose “CSC VLE Registration” option
- Choose Apply option & select new registration option
- Select the type of Application & enter the mobile number
- Enter the captcha code appear on screen
- Choose submit option and application appears
- Fill the rest asked details in the application
- Upload the documents & click submit option

- To apply you need to go to the CSC official portal
- Choose “application status” option
- Enter the application reference number & captcha code
- Hit submit option and status appears on the screen
