Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
- Must have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) or similar Examination conducted by UGC or CSIR like SLET/SET.

Selection Process
The TPSC Assistant Teacher Recruitment selection process consists of two stages, the first stage is for 100 marks. It is followed by an interview. The final marks will be calculated by taking 85% of the marks from the Academic Performance Index and 15% from the interview. If a candidate cannot attend the interview, they will be disqualified.
