Nationality
- Interested candidates should be residents of India, Bhutan, Nepal, and Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 to settle permanently in India.
- Those who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with a permanent settlement intention in India.
Educational Qualification
- All the candidates should have to hold a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with 55% marks and must know computer and language skills.
