About PM Kisan Scheme
The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) Yojana is a Government initiative started by the Government of India to provide financial assistance to Farmers. Under this Scheme, annual income support of Rs 6,000 is provided to eligible small and marginal Farmers. This financial amount every year in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 directly to their bank account. Provided under this Scheme cash, deposited directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. The aim of this scheme is to increase the income of Farmers and strengthen their financial condition.

Objective of PM Kisan Installment
The main objective of PM Kisan Installment is to provide assistance amount given by the Government to the farmers under the Scheme. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced that the 19th installment under the PM Kisan Scheme will be distributed on 24th February 2025. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 three times a year in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. The primary goal of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is to help small and marginal farmers become self-reliant by providing them financial assistance so that they can better take care of their crops.

Financial Assistance
