Objectives Of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme

The national apprenticeship scheme is presented by the Indian Government to provide training to the students who are pursuing technical as well as non-technical courses and the benefit of the scheme will be provided to the students who are willing to kick start their career from an early age. The students can enroll themselves into the prestigious National apprenticeship training programs by going to the official website and filling up the application forms available there. The Ministry Of Skill Development has allocated more than Rupees 3000 crores for the development of this scheme starting from the year 2021 and ending in the year 2026.

Benefits Of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme

The main benefit of the scheme will be provided to the students and this is a one year program which will provide technical qualifications to the youth of the country. The students will be able to get practical knowledge and skills that are required to complete fieldwork by taking these apprenticeship training programs presented by the organisation. Stipends will also be paid to the people who will apply for this prestigious training program and 50% of the stipend will be provided by the Indian Government to all of the beneficiaries. An applicant should be above the age of 16 years.
The applicant must have a degree/diploma certificate.
The applicants who are already trained under any other Government training programme of skill development are not eligible under this scheme.

The applicant must not be a Government employee.
The applicant should be an Indian citizen.
An applicant must not have work experience.
