This Scheme is a welfare scheme launched by various state governments in India. The Maharashtra government has launched the Mukhyamantri Annapurna Scheme to provide free LPG gas cylinders to economically weaker families. Economically weak families can save a lot of money by getting free LPG gas cylinders from this scheme.The central government of India will provide financial assistance of INR 300 and the state will provide in the form of subsidy for the LPG gas cylinder. According to the Maharashtra State Government, a total of 52.16 Lakh beneficiaries will avail the benefits of this scheme across the state.
