Eligibility Criteria

The student must have studied at an educational institution in the state of Karnataka and passed the proficiency test administered or recognized by the state government.
- The student of one of the tutors must have studied at least 7 years at accredited institutions in Karnataka, and also, the student must have passed the proficiency test of any university or board or any other institution anywhere in India.
- Child of ex-servicemen who list Karnataka as their hometown must obtain and present proof of such address from the Deputy Director of the Sainik Ministry of Welfare and Resettlement at the time of entering Defence Service.
