Purpose of Economic Rehabilitation Scheme
The main Purpose of launching Telangana Economic Rehabilitation Scheme is to empower disabled persons through sustainable livelihood opportunities. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to disabled persons for setting up industry and business. The age limit required to apply for this scheme should be between 21 to 55 years. To apply under this program, the annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed 1.5 lakhs in rural areas and 2 lakhs in urban areas. This scheme is specially designed to provide self-employment and other business opportunities to the disabled people of the state.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- The age limit Required to Apply for this Scheme should be between 21 to 55 years.
