The Assam state government launched the Apun Bahan Scheme Assam 2025 to provide loans to government employees in the state so that they can purchase motor vehicles. Under the Apun Bahan Scheme, government employees will get 2% interest on the purchase of petrol or diesel vehicles and 3% on electric vehicles and 3% on every vehicle for women employees. With the help of this scheme, government employees of Assam state can fulfill their goal of purchasing a vehicle.

The main objective of starting the Apun Bahan Scheme is to help government officials in purchasing vehicles. Loan Amount and Process

  • The maximum loan amount will be either 48 times the net monthly income or₹ 15 lakh, whichever is lower.

  • The Assam State Government will provide loans to government employees at low interest through this scheme.
